CPR can be conducted as a stand-alone course and is also part of our Provide First Aid Course.
No prerequisite for this course.
CPR Statements of Attainment can be emailed same day and are renewable annually.
Our CPR course satisfies 1 competency unit from the Health Training Package:

GPs can complete our course and be awarded CPD points for the QA&CPD program

Fire Warden
The 1 day Fire Warden course provides participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the role of a Warden within an Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) structure. This course complies with the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and the Australian Standard (AS) 3745 2010 Planning for emergencies in facilities.
Participants will learn all aspects of emergency preparedness and understand human behaviours during emergencies to assess risk and effectively plan for all types of emergencies in the workplace.
Students will gain the skills and knowledge required to carry out:
โข Workplace reporting
โข Responding to the emergency including raising the alarm,
โข Varied workplace emergency responses.
โข Fire principles include fire triangle, classes of fires
โข Fire extinguisher training (including fire blankets) including types of extinguishers, maintenance and inspection, practical/simulated scenarios.
โข The emergency management plan and the roles/responsibilities and identification of the emergency control organisation
โข Facilitate the emergency management plan
โข Evacuation coordination
โข Postโevacuation activities
โข Practical evacuation scenarios

Fire Response and Evacuation
This course is for anyone who works in any workplace.
The course is designed to equip building occupants with the skills and knowledge to prevent and respond to an emergency situation in their workplace.
This course meets the requirements for general evacuation and first-response evacuation of the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and the Australian Standard (AS) 3745 2010 Planning for emergencies in facilities.
Students will gain the skills and knowledge required to carry out:

Fire Extinguisher Training
Students completing this course will gain the skills and knowledge required to confine small emergencies in a facility and it applies to occupants who are required to have first attack firefighting skills. It includes preparing for emergency situations, identifying and assessing an emergency, safely confining emergencies, using initial response equipment and reporting on the facilityโs emergency response.
Small emergencies in a facility include incidents such as small fires that can be controlled using a fire extinguisher; chemical spills that can be controlled using facility personal protective clothing and equipment.
This course will also include a practical fire extinguisher session with state of the art equipment to give your staff a realistic feel in responding to small fires.
Upon completion of this course, the following unit(s) will be issued by ABC Licence Training Pty LTD โ RTO 3399
PUAFER008 Confine small emergencies in a facility
Duration: Face to Face 1-2hrs
The Australian Standards 3745-2010 requires all staff to be trained in first response procedures every 2 years.
